Most genuine review of this company. Don't get confused with 5 star reviews as they all are posted by employee names, even with owner name (Abhay Jain) =P So, this review is just to help people not to get confused as they have Digital Marketing team and they can post 5 star reviews as many as they want.
*Pros -
They give salaries by 12th of every month.
*Cons -
=> No PF, ESIC to employees and I don't know how they are doing their business fearlessly
=> All tools and softwares used in this company are pirated
=> No extra leave to employees, even employees don't get any sick leave. => Forget about CL, EL or, Bereavement Leave
=> No salary slip, Offer letter, Appointment letter & experience letter given to the employees. Employees working from past 2 years still beg to him for required documents
=> This company also works on 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturdays of a month
=> Employer gives salary in cash to employees, if you are on lower position he will ask you like this - Mujhe cash hi milta hai kya karu is paise ka (What should I do of cash I get from clients)
=> There is no notice board and HR in this company so you will never know when office is open on special occasions or not. On Dashahra and 1st of January, this company was open.
=> When you go for the interview, they will ask your salary and the owner will simply call your company for verification of salary even prior to your interview and selection. so beware, take print of bank statement with you =D
=> The office space is bad, 3-4 company’s work inside same office. They use 1 kg milk to prepare 60 cups of tea. Owner doesn't allow the office boy to take extra milk.
=> Only 30 minutes of break for lunch no other break for Tea & refreshment. You just take on your seat and work.
=> Don't get confused, Its not a USA based company. There is no office in USA. They lie to make their status high.
=> When you give them a notice, owner will start fighting with you like cat and mouse.
=> Salary is far below industry standards
=> There are many points to say but I think above points are enough for you to judge standard of this so called "US based company".
